I am Katya and I made this website in order to learn what can we share together

I love crafting timeless 1:1 space where you can explore — your questions, answers and process

As an embodiment coach, I guide people back to themselves—helping them tune into their bodies, understand their inner world, and truly feel what is within already. The tools and practices I share have transformed my own life, teaching me to trust the unknown and fully experience the present.

From sailing across the Bay of Biscay to cycling through Europe, climbing Kilimanjaro, and living van life in Japan, I’ve learned that life unfolds in incredible ways when you open your heart. Now, I help others step into that same freedom, presence, and deep connection.

About

I spend my childhood as professional half-pipe snowboard athlete in the Russian National Team, where my life was about fighting fear, performing under pressure, and constantly pushing my limits. When I retired, I wasn’t ready to slow down. I craved the same adrenaline, so I found myself in startup world, building tech companies as a developer and co-founder. But no matter how much I achieved, it never felt good enough.

The drive to create, to improve and to always do more is a big part of my identity. But how to balance? Would I ever feel at peace? Who am I if I stop chasing next big thing? What if success isn’t about doing more, but about feeling more, being more present? What if everything I need is already here?

That questioning led me on a deep journey exploring practices like yoga, meditation, singing, reiki, dark room retreats, tantra, dance, feldenkrais, biodynamic osteopathy, and BMC. These experiences transformed the way I relate to my body, my mind, and the world around me.

Expressing through drawing, writing, or other creative forms allows hidden emotions and insights to surface. Art bypasses the analytical mind, giving you a new way to explore what’s within and reconnect with your inner truth.

Through guided somatic session, we bring awareness to the body's sensations, unlocking deep-held tensions and emotions. Touch helps ground you in the present moment, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and fully connected to yourself.
